All About Breathing
Chloe runs X-Hail Cheshire East.
She is a mum of 2 primary aged children aged 10 & 8 and we live in Cheshire.
She has always suffered with anxiety for as long as she can remember and finding meditation, specifically X-Hail Meditation has completely changed her life.
Chloe is much more balanced and in control and has learnt to recognise her triggers and bring herself back before the anxiety or panic takes over. She runs weekly online classes and workshops and can’t wait to be back face to face!
