Top Tips to staying positive

1. Limit listening to news

2. Practise gratitude

3. Don’t beat yourself up – lots of expectations of what you should be doing

4. Allow yourself to feel emotions

5. Do things to raise vibration – play music, sing

6. Limit time on social media and focusing on negative posts

7. Clear out the people who don’t cheer you up, lift you up and have your back

One thing I would just add to this, is getting yourself our on a walk – enjoying some exercise
