Marianne Killick is an author and women’s health coach who specialises in hormonal balance through diet and lifestyle change.

Marianne bases her teachings in the latest evidence-based research on women’s health and lifestyle medicine. Her aim is to educate women as to how their bodies and hormones work, how this impacts their lives and how their lifestyle impacts their hormones and health.

Marianne has spent over a decade working with women’s health issues in her role as health coach and acupuncturist.

She is author of the book Put Yourself First: A busy woman’s guide to thriving NOT surviving.
